What is the refund/cancellation policy?

Please note that all bookings are subject to the filling cancellation terms:

• you are eligible for refund only if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation.

• if you cancel after 24 hours of booking, the deposit/fee is non -refundble, regardless of how far in advance the appointment is

• However, you can alway rescuhedule your appointment using the same fee, but it must be done at least a few days in advance (not within 24 hours of your appointment).

• Rescheduled dates must be chosen based on avaiblility listed on the website.

• Same day or last minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) is not allowed.

• $15 late fee after 15 to 20 minutes late= automatic cancellation.

• last minute cancelations are not eligible for a refund.

What are the house rules for hair drop-off?

For frontal please drop off your frontal unit 2-3 days prior to your appointment in order for me to customize your unit ahead of time.

For make me wig drop off the hair 5days prior to your appointment and Please don’t forget to contact me when you’re about to drop-off your units.

What are the price ratings for braids and custom add-on?

All braiding price rate may vary depending on the hair length you prefer. For custom wigs and install, prices may vary depending on customization add-ons. View Hair Services for add-on price rating.

How can I be sure that the color will match my skin?

I use a wide array of foundation shades and powders to match all skin tones. You can also view the photos on House of beauty by Lima’s Instagram page (linked in nav bar) to view previous serviced clientele that has a similar tone to yours. Additionally, for inquiries about bridal make-up request please use the contact form to make appointment in advance.
